If i could give a negative "star" rating; Andy Klein Mazda would be getting a -3. my problem was lost keys. Should be a simple fix right? So I thought. At first they only offered advice, order a new blank key, and go to a separate location to get it laser cut. I did this, only for the key not to work. I then had it towed to the dealer, where they did the exact same thing: order a blank key, got it laser cut... To no suprise this did not work. After 7 days of it sitting in thier shop, i had tracked down the missing key and showed up monday morning as they oppened. To my suprise they had my entire dash and consule ripped out. And the ignition gummed up with lube and oil (which stained my slacks) I gave them the original key that has always worked, and it would not start the car. Now they are ordereing a new ignition system to install and estimated costs anywhere from $750 - $850. All for a lost set of keys, that were eventually found, but did not matter b/c there hillbilly service team had already torn up the vehichle beyond simple repair.
Buyer beware. I will never buy another mazda.
