I've never seen such a poor service department but after dealing with the Service Director I can understand why it’s so bad. I took my 2010 Civic in last week to have my oil changed. I should have just gone back to my original dealership but this one is more convenient since moving to LS last year. It started off bad from the start when I walked over to check in but the service Reps were too busy discussing what they did over the weekend instead of checking me in. I stood there patiently waiting for some kind of acknowledgement but I finally had to tell the service rep that I was running late for work. They acted as if I was harassing them when all I wanted was them to do their job. After over an hour of waiting the car was done. I was thinking to myself if this is what they considered as express I hate to see how long it takes normally. After work I came out to my car only to find oil everywhere. I asked a male collaged if he could see where the oil was coming from. I told him I just had my oil changed earlier that morning. He looked over the car and discovered that the technician had not tightened the drain pan bolt all the way. I had to refill the car with oil and drove straight back to the dealership to complain. When I got there I asked to speak to a manager and was told he would be with me in few minutes. Continue to next review for the rest of the story..
