The week before Thanksgiving break I left work late, drove home, pulled into my driveway and noticed that someone had hit my car bumper while it was parked at work. Major bummer! I took my car to Crocketts and they were extremely helpful. I got there just before closing and they took the time to look over the car (while it was raining) and I got an estimate right away (plus some green tea -nice touch!). I was able to schedule a repair appointment this week. Dropped my car off on Monday. Picked up a rental car, drove to work, got a call today (Tuesday) that my car would be ready. The car was as good as new. Clean, repaired and all ready. Aaron and the staff at Crocketts are great! Very friendly, prompt, and courteous. They even offered to return the rental car for me. The whole experience was hassle free. Great company! Thank you! I will definitely recommend Crocketts to others!!!!
