the only reason i continue to visit the College Park Honda service center is because of the wonderful customer service i received from Alpha. he explains everything in layman terms and very accommodating. He is a pleasure to work with. I've tried the Ourisman Honda dealership which is approximately 4 miles from my house. I didn’t like the service, so i tried the Criswell Honda dealership which is located near my work...didn’t like the service. So i now travel 20 miles to College Park Honda to receive excellent customer service from Alpha!
