Great Job Team 8/2/2011

College Park Honda is the only place that I trust to do work on my car. I left with confidence that my car was fixed. I got an oil change, purchased tires, and got new wiper blades. I left feeling at ease that my 2000 Honda was in better condition. I have additional work that needs to be. I will take my car back to get all of the work suggested. I've purchased three cars from Honda Park and I never had a bad experience. Great job Honda Park Team! more

Professional 7/20/2011

I worked with Gill and he was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything that would happened both during the service and after I picked my car up. I have been to College Park Honda twice for service reasons. And both times, the level of customer service from the reps I dealt with were off the charts. AND, to add onto that, the other players I interacted with in the Service Department (cashier, other service reps) were just as professional and friendly. more

Honda has always been "Ace" with me. I have found that the only better car than Honda is a "New" Honda. That's my story and I am sticking to it. more

Willie was the one who greeted me and helped me with my car, and he was one of the most pleasant and honest people at Honda I have ever dealt with. A big pat on the back should go to him, and I hope the next time I schedule my car for routine care and he will be the one to help me!! Thank you more

Each time I've had my car serviced here, I have enjoyed the staff and the serviced I've received. I'm in and out at a reasonable time. Everyone is polite and patience with all of my questions. I can always tell the different in my car when I leave. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks so much for your wonderful service and yes I will be back so look out for me! more

the only reason i continue to visit the College Park Honda service center is because of the wonderful customer service i received from Alpha. he explains everything in layman terms and very accommodating. He is a pleasure to work with. I've tried the Ourisman Honda dealership which is approximately 4 miles from my house. I didn’t like the service, so i tried the Criswell Honda dealership which is located near my work...didn’t like the service. So i now travel 20 miles to College Park Honda to receive excellent customer service from Alpha! more
