Review content:
I was looking for a new nail salon and at first thought this was it! I went in to relax with a manicure and pedicure. I had been given a groupon and thought I would try them out. I will say I enjoyed my pedicure but once my manicure started I couldn't get out fast enough. First off, she butchered my nails by shaping them very Square, I tried to stop her after she did 2 nails and she said she was making them "stylish". I like a more natural look and asked her to fix it, her response was to file them all down to nubs. Then before she painted I of course paid and when I told her I had a groupon, she sat that and told me that she wish she would have know, because she didn't make as much money with the groupon. I felt horrible and told her I was sorry that I didn't tell her up front, but I didn't know that was import. I assumed all customers would be treated the same. She went on to say that she could tell I was a "typical" customer but the groupon had brought in all "walks of life" as she worded it. I was shocked at her comments. She just went on and on. I wish she would have paid more attention to what she was doing with my nails becuase they looked horrible. I didn't even let them dry, I just left becuase I know I was going straight home to remove her horrible paint job myself. It took me weeks to grow my nails back to a normal looking length.
