Ingrid Pair helped me find an apartment in a single day.
I was in a bind because I sold my house and had to move out within 2 weeks. I was travelling in the meantime, so I basically had a single day to visit and find a suitable place. And I'm picky: I wanted wood floors, ground floor, for an apartment in a certain location for a certain price. So I called Ingrid and gave her my criteria a couple of days beforehand. She was very flexible in accomodating my unusual time constraints and showed me several possibilities around my price range. I ended up signing an aplication that very same day, and closed on my lease 2 days later for a place that matched all my criteria! Ask for Ingrid. She's great.
