My fiance & I went to the Great American today for a late lunch. We have been here before but it's had been a long time. Overall first impression when we walked in was that this place nees a deep cleaning and just looked and felt dingy. The hostess seated us, gave us menus & silverware. We then sat for 20 minutes without any recognition that we were there. No servers came to a greet us or to even take our drink order! I saw one server who was filling salt & pepper shakers like she had nothing better to do. We left and no one even took notice! I will never visit this establishment again, they've lost my business for good! They get a big "F" in my book!
