I was initially impressed with this quaint little spa. It is so charming. The staff was lovely and Heather who did my hair, did a fantastic job. I also received a pedicure/manicure and Kristi was fabulous, they were very friendly and attentive. The downside, however, was the owner. She was abrasive, over-bearing and talked to me like she thought I was an idiot. While I was getting my feet done, I could hear her cackling and she was very loud and swore several times. I would go back there and would recommend for others to go , as long as the owner, I think her name was Debby wasn't there. She made my experience less than gratifying. Her staff, however was great and they actually took me on a tour and introduced me to the facial girl and I am booking a massage soon. Again, it's a great place except for the obnoxious owner.
