I highly recommend Aafusion Spa Salon in Burnsville, and my stylist NELLE. She took her time and has given me the best haircuts and foils. My hair tends to be brassy, and this does not happen with her. The cuts are so easy to manage when I get home. She is a true 'artist'.
I also recommend ANNA for facials and permanent eyeliner. The salon is so pretty and the perfect place to relax. It feels like a 'getaway' , esp in the middle of winter. I used to live in NY and have tried spa's there and around the country. This is the best in our area for all services. A one stop shop for all your needs.
