Suilan is BY FAR the most exquisite of the Borgata's fine dining experiences! Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and plated. From the selection of appetizers that includes a perfect size of foie gras to the entrees that includes a remarkable combination of french and chinese prepared pork chops and bouillabaisseevery morsel was delicious! Perfect portions plus mouth-watering spices and flavors! Whether you're seated at the spaceous interior dining area or the ultra-cozy booths that surround the dining room, you will be treated with luxury and be extremely satisfied with dinner. Don't just eat and go; give yourself some time and enjoy the entire experience.
