My first trip out West, we drove from Michigan the first place we stayed was Salish. I felt like a Royal the way they treated us. The people that work there are so friendly. The wood burning fireplace in your room with all the wood you desire was a plus. This was the first place I had ever stayed where I actually wanted to buy the bedding and take it home. It was more comfortable then my own bed. The room service is a little pricy but worth it. Don't miss the falls and walk all the way down to the bottom. We stayed in April it was a little chilly but still beautiful. I would highly recommed Salish to anyone going to Washington State. This is the place to propose to someone you love. It has a very romantic theme to it. I give this place a 10+++. Pros: Free valet included, Excellent Views, Lots to do Cons: Robes need more sizes, Rooms are expensive, No smoking
