I've been with Loud Security for years now. What really matters is that when my alarm goes off, the central station calls me. If I dont cancel the alarm, they dispatch.
The only time that didnt happen was my fault because I changed my phone provider and forgot about the fact that my security system was hooked up to my phone lines. When that happened though, I opted to make my system work on the a cell-phone and I dont have to worry about that anymore.
Loud Security is a great company. You can trust them and all of their employees.
