We recieved a Gift Certificate from Franklin Spa for Christmas and experienced a calm, relaxing time. My wife and I were stressed from air travel when we arrived in Michigan. We were looking forward to the Couples Package. An Asian inspired treatment room had a fireplace that set the mood for warmth and relaxation. The music was tranquil and additional niceties enhanced our visit..
Our therapists were great and their warmed hands with essential oils did the job. My wife fell asleep and after waking her didnt want to leave. My experience there was better than others I've had. The Therapists and staff were cordial and welcoming. This is their second location. We will return.
Pros: Friendly, professional, staff. well appointed feng shui environment.
Cons: Need to schedule appointment in advance for availability. Need more staff.
