I am happy to provide feedback from my recent visit to McGrath Honda. I will start by saying that Bill Miller was an excellent service manager. I have had bad exeriences in the past with service managers at other Honda dealers so I decided to try out McGrath. I received such excellent service from Bill and the service tech RJ that I will continue to come to McGrath in the future even though it is much farther from my home than other Honda dealers. Bill was courteous, respectful, helpful, and honest. RJ went beyond his duties to fix the transmission problem that my Element was experiencing. After searching the Honda database, RJ found an ECM update for the transmission. My car drive like a different vehicle after the service. Because of Bill Miller and RJ I will continue to patronize McGrath Honda.
