I finally found a Pet Resort that is perfect for Tristan. We've tried 3 different boarding facilites in the past 2 years and I wasn't pleased because Tristan would be sick or sad for about a week after boarding. We did our first over night boarding with Rover Oaks the beginning of March. I must say that Tristan was so happy when I picked him up and we had no stomach issues. It seems to be perfect fit. I recently emailed to get Tristan reservations for the remainder of the year and the customer service was great. Toni helped me get Tristan in during their busiest season. Toni worked with me and my schedule to secure his reservations even after making changes for a couple of days. Thanks so much for having individuals like Toni work for Rover Oaks. I have been pleased with the customer service and care Tristan and I have received. "I am a happy mom.." Thanks again Rover Oaks and Toni!!
