Review content:
We purchased our pool from Aquatic in August, 2007. We have been very happy with it, although we did start to notice some concrete problems (crumbling) with the decking on our spa over the last few months. I sent an email with photos of the problem. Within an hour of sending the email, I was standing at my pool with Ron Yates (the owner) looking at the problem. He had a crew there the next morning breaking out the bad section, and repouring. They came back the following week and did all the finishing work. It looks perfect! You can not tell where the earlier concrete ends and the new concrete begins. Aquatic was excellent in letting me know when their crew would be there each time. I was VERY happy with the outcome of my service experience.
