Review content:
We got them to lower their outrageous Management Fees which save our community a lot. Let's face it; they overcharge for what they deliver. We are all being overcharged because they do nothing but schedule the Annual Meeting, mail the assessments out and other simple paperwork. They are supposed to inspect the neighborhood which they seem to never do. We went out and got 4 competing bids and were all ready to change and they dropped their fee. For them to drop the fee so easy, I would we were all probably being overcharged in the first place. I don't really care for them and preferred to change companies but the other voted to stay based on the reduced fee. I don't know the ratio of Hawthorne Representatives to Clients but competing firms told us that each Representative is expected to handle thousands of clients each. That's why you can never reach them on the phone. ---Millstone Ridge Resident
