Businiess name:  Hawthorne Management

Review content:
A few years ago, the Woodlands/Weddington HOA had big problems with Hawthorne. Their Hawthorne community Association Representative failed to perform as she told us. She said she would look into and 'taken care of' our tax issue. She did not and her negligent act cost the community dearly. Hawthorne assigned a new Rep to the Community. Joe Aiken, owner of Hawthorne, whose company compounded the problem and compromised the HOA simply offered to write a letter to the Char-Meck Tax Collector. We were told a letter would not help. The Board voted Hawthorne should have to pay the financial damage caused by Hawthorne's negligence. Hawthorne did not respond. A proposal was obtained from another local Association Management Company. Glad we got rid of HMC. Much better off!!! Happier with the new company as Hawthorne always did a lousy job and never put in any time or effort into the wonderful community. Would not recommend Hawthorne Management Company to any community!!! They seem to only care about money for themselves and nothing of the communities.
