Review content:
Very bad experience. Hired them to pack and move a 2-bedroom apt. Were so late the first day that I just canceled that day. Were 3 hours late the second day, and did not bring enough materials for packing. Their excuse is that they thought is was 1-bedroom. However, there would not have been enough materials even for 1-bedroom packing. Also, they were impossible to get a hold of on the second day. When they were late, I tried calling at noon, then again at one, and every 15 minutes after that. Only got voicemail. Left message to call me back - they never did. The actual movers were good, but the management of this company is severely defficient. Took over 30 minutes to get my final cost so they would unload my stuff. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Stay away!
