Good: Patrick was a hard worker. He was respectful of my time, service requirements, scheduling issues and was extremely professional. He was knowledgable, pointed out warranties, explained what he had done and the other services that are available. I would recommend Plumbline to others but specifically that they should request Patrick as a service person for plumbing. He presents a superior image for Plumbline.. Bad: There were no areas of disatisfaction with his services. The scheduling folks did not follow through with scheduling an electrician appointment. However it was corrected and scheduled a the time requested.. Improvements: N/A. Other: Patrick should be recognized for his above and beyond quality, knowledge and professionalism. He should be viewed as am asset to your organization.
