My wife and I have been customers of Bel-Red for close to thirty years. The service has been professional and high quality. We have been pleased. We are writing this note today to recognize the excellent job that your service representative, Ruby, has done the past several years. She does a great job following up with our maintenance schedule and keeps us informed of additional services you provide (e.g. hot water tank maintenance). She is always pleasant on the phone but is serious about communicating what can happen if maintenance is ignored. She is a very good sales person that probably generates more service business than others in your office. We have not yet met Ruby, but she certainly is a "keeper" for you and you need to make sure she is not spirited away.
