We have been very pleased with our service from Bel Red. Every service call has been from a very friendly and knowledgeable technician, with a positive attitude. We are on a "service plan" with promise of priority service in a case of a problem, for instance when we have weather extremes either hot or cold. These are times when other people might be "screeming" for help and we have received very responsive replies and service. more

Very impressed 7/12/2011

I was very impressed by the service I received. The person who did the work were respectful, professional and got the job done with the least amount of inconvenience to our life as was possible. They cleaned up beautifully. I would definitely recommend this company and their services, I think they are ethical and responsible. Many of the firms who do this type of work do not get the appropriate permits and that leaves owner with legal problems and liability issues with the city. Other companies might do it cheaper, but they will not do it according to the ordinances and permitting requirements of the city. This company does it correctly, and that is worth a tremendous amount in the long run. more

Always been very pleased 7/8/2011

We recently had our annual servicing of our furnace/heat pump unit. We were told when making the appointment that a technician would be at our home between 2:00 and 5:00 (our choice) and that he would call first. He called and arrived at our home exactly at the time he told us/ He introduced himself as Matt and then put shoe covers on his shoes before he entered the house. Matt was very polite and explained to us what he checked on our system. He did an outstanding job. He was very thorough. We have always been very pleased and impressed with Bel-Red and highly recommend them! more

Definitely recommend them 7/6/2011

We came home from a trip to find our furnace had died so we called Bel Red Heating & Air Conditioning at 4:30 pm and they had a service technician out the next morning at 7:00 am. He fixed the furnace in 30 minutes!! We will use Bel Red Heating & Air Conditioning again because they have fantastic service technicians and products. We would definitely recommend them!! more

Immediately identified the problem 6/30/2011

My experience with Bel Red Energy Solutions started with an urgent service call to address my "no hot water: problem. Within an hour of my call to Bel Red, Dwight arrived at my house. Dwight immediately identified the problem and within an hour he and his associate Doug had restored my hot water. Dwight and Doug proceeded to educate me, answering my extensive and detailed information on the full range of energy-saving options for all aspects of household heating, cooling and electrical needs. more

We've used Bel-Red Energy Solution since 2002 for annual maintenance and repair and for a recent replacement of an old furnace and a/c unit. They are experts in their work and very professional and pleasant to work with. They are also always on time and treat our home with care. When it came time to replace our system they came up with a creative solution that did not require any structural changes to the home and improved out current energy efficiency significantly saving me on our monthly gas and electric bill. Their home energy consultant was very helpful to explain everything thoroughly from cost to mechanic and was available for later questions. I truely feel that everyone at Bel-Red Energy Solution primary concern is our comfort. more

We have many contacts with Bel Red Energy Solutions in the last several months. This past winder during the very cold snap on a Friday afternoon, our 83 year old neighbor experienced a complete failure of her heat pump and furnace. Her heating company was not immediately available so we call our company, Bel Red Energy Solutions. Their tech came out immediately and discovered that her 40 year old heat pump and furnace were beyond economical repair. The tech called Greg for their Comfort Consultant who was on a day off but because of the urgent requirements and knowing of available time Monday morning came right out and ordered a new units as needed. Greg left portable heaters for the weekend to keep the home warm.Monday the new units were installed, just as promised. The techs were efficient, clean and friendly and keep everyone informed. We have found Bel Red Heating Solutions to have always be on time, courteous, professional and reliable, working with the customer for their needs. We do always recommend Bel Red. more

My wife and I have been customers of Bel-Red for close to thirty years. The service has been professional and high quality. We have been pleased. We are writing this note today to recognize the excellent job that your service representative, Ruby, has done the past several years. She does a great job following up with our maintenance schedule and keeps us informed of additional services you provide (e.g. hot water tank maintenance). She is always pleasant on the phone but is serious about communicating what can happen if maintenance is ignored. She is a very good sales person that probably generates more service business than others in your office. We have not yet met Ruby, but she certainly is a "keeper" for you and you need to make sure she is not spirited away. more
