Review content:
My son we diagnosed with Primary Complex while overseas. Upon returning to the U.S. we took him to Children’s Medical Center in Poswdersville. The front office staff made us feel like we were bothering them anytime we had a question. I didn't take much offence as this seems to be quite common in most offices; however the thing that most upset me is that the doctor told us that she would give us a referral for an infectious disease doctor in the area. Four days later we had not received the referral, I called to ask for the referral and was told it would be another 4 days. I pressed the issue with the staff and explained that 4 days was too long. They called back and said it would be 2 weeks before they could give me the referral my son needed. I took matters into my own hands called an infectious disease doctor and was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. I have no need to pay a doctors office to give me a referral that I have to get myself.
