We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. VERY poor customer service, including disconnecting the call mid-conversation, management that do not assist or express any concern for issues, etc. Their fax machine does not work, and they claim that they never receive anything after multiple confirmation-sent messages on my part from two different fax machines. Requested them to check their fax machine for receipt of document and their customer service agents expressed that they didn't know who to transfer me to as they were not on the same side of the room as the fax machine. Gas was cut-off in error as they were crediting a different account every time a check was mailed to cover a bill, of course they claim a notification of disconnect letter was mailed but it was never received. No other communication of non-payment was attempted after 2 months of service, so of course our gas gets cut-off in error and we have to suffer for their mistake. They never once apologized or offered any type of concern for our sacrifices the 7-day period we had to endure without stove/oven/hot water to bathe, cook, clean clothes/dishes, etc. all while family was spending more time at home than usual due to illness. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
