honest, forthright, to the point. i searched my vehicle on line...found what i was looking for. called and set an appointment. they financed me in a matter of minutes, gave a me a great value for my trade in...and i was done in a half hour. No terrible negotiating like I have gone through at other places. loved the experience at cortese so much that we went back and bought my wife a car there 6 months later… and we will be back. thank you to steve, pat, john and tim in service. My used car feels and rides like new. Easy to see why they’ve been in business for so long. Thanks again.
