They require a large deposit to get in. They do not tell you there is a lot of drugs. There is no parking places.The manager can do nothing to in force the rules.They are very close to radio roads one of the worst crime areas. The riverside police do nothing to get rid of the drugs. Do not waste your money. Its the worse place to live.
