I've been to Splash Salon and Spa twice. My previous salon closed unexpectedly and after doing some online research I decided to give Splash a chance. My first appointment was with Marisol for a haircut. She was very nice, saw me on time, listened to my concerns and made suggestions. Overall, I didn't feel bad dishing out twice the amount of money I usually pay for a haircut. I had made my next appointment with her, but a few days before the appointment, I received a call saying that she is out of the country and that they need to cancel my appointment. The woman who called was very pleasant and professional. I decided I couldn't wait for Marisol's return and made an appointment with Colleen. She looked at me with what could easily be described as a "deer in the headlights" look, glanced at the computer screen, looked back at the stylist's station and told me "Oh, she is still working on a client". Not the response I expected. Something along the lines of "I am very sorry, let me go check with her". I got a very clear feeling that neither Colleen (the stylist) nor the salon as whole wanted my business and handled this in a very unprofessional manner. After reading the reviews, I allowed my
