The chef Brian's Cinqo de Mayo inspired 5 course menu paired with 5 offerings from Blue Hills Brewery is amazing. We met Andris the brewmaster from Blue Hills Brewery and had an in depth tour of the ingredients and brewing methods. Right now I am enjoying the chocolate mole cheesecake with strawberry salso with the wompatuck watermelon wheat beer nicely suited as a dessert beverage. I've found several Blue Hills Brewery offerings I like a lot - Black Hops and Antimatter and the IPA was also robust and full bodied. I usually prefer dark beers or ale but was very impressed with the Blue Hills Brewery selections. $55 for 5 courses and 5 10 oz local brews was a bargain given the quality of the food and expert pairings with Blue Hills Brewery's offerings. I can't wait for the Luau chef Brian has planned in July with a different local brewery.
