Needs to be cleaned. Unprofessional, rude owner. I was there to get a manicure once and the manicurist did not stop yapping to me about her children the entire time...even though my lack of responses should have indicated I was there to relax and not chat about her life. And then at one point she walked over to a birthday cake that was sitting on the table and took a swipe of it with her fingers and licked it off. Seriously? You touch people's hands all day, lady! I told the owner, David Alan on my way out, about that and some other things and he said with a snarky tone, "but did you manicure turn out nice?" Not an ounce of care about the quality of my experience. People are writing positive reviews saying that those who have written negative reviews are jealous competitors, but I have to disagree. I went to this salon a number of times to use up a fairly large giftcard...and everytime I would joke with myself about what kind of bad customer service I would receive that time....starting with receptionist to make my appointment. Read the reviews before you buy a Groupon or visit this place.
