We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. I made a business phone call to the owner, Norm Vitue. His wife took the call, told me she managed the business and asked why I was calling. This was not a sales call. I wanted to share some valuable research information that cannot be communicated over the phone. I attempted to explain that I simply was asking for a 10 minute appointment to share this information. She was curt, unprofessional and didn't take time to understand why I was calling. She cut me off and accused me of talking in circles and hung up on me. I am a professional businessman and am not accustomed to this type of rude, undisciplined treatment which no doubt reflects on her management style in her service business that relies to a large extent on word of mouth advertising.
