Moved here 17 yrs ago, neighbor told me about them when my Toyota truck needed a new timing chain & clutch, they did that and more when I asked them to check anything else that may need repair (120,000 miles on it at that time) at half the cost other shops quoted me, the work was top notch. We've taken 6 different vehicles there over the years to be tuned or repaired when we couldn't do it at home, every time Norm and his entire staff would make sure we knew what really needed to be fixed, what could wait, and searched for the best price for replacement parts. They also guarantee you will be happy with your repairs if the same issue pops back up (certain exclusions of course to older or very high mileage vehicles). In a sort of emergency Norm returned my voice message off hours to make sure we could get our vehicle in ASAP. Few, if any shops go to those personal lengths any longer, they really do care about you as a person and your vehicle(s). I've recommended them to other neighbors and local folks as well just as someone had recommended them to me. Word of mouth goes a long way and they deserve the best rating for repair, advice, cost and appreciation of their customers. more

I made a business phone call to the owner, Norm Vitue. His wife took the call, told me she managed the business and asked why I was calling. This was not a sales call. I wanted to share some valuable research information that cannot be communicated over the phone. I attempted to explain that I simply was asking for a 10 minute appointment to share this information. She was curt, unprofessional and didn't take time to understand why I was calling. She cut me off and accused me of talking in circles and hung up on me. I am a professional businessman and am not accustomed to this type of rude, undisciplined treatment which no doubt reflects on her management style in her service business that relies to a large extent on word of mouth advertising. more

Any issues and they can fix it, even a free rental car is available. Costs are reasonable and service is excellent and friendly- no attitudes here. They will even let you drop by if you "think" something might be wrong and take a moment to look it over for you without an appointment! They totally stand behind their work as well and will make sure you are happy with their business. more

The Audi dealer told me I needed $1500 worth of work. Woodinville Import told me I didn't. Woodinville Import was right. I've taken my car there several times now for other things. These guys are professional, honest, and do great work. more

Good: Totally honest, they treat people with respect. The shop is clean, and they know what they are doing. Great folks!. Bad: No problems!. Improvements: None - they are excellent!. Other: You could go somewhere less expensive and then pay for less competent technicians or for unneeded repairs by dishonest people. This car shop can be relied on for reliable work, professionalism and excellent customer service. I first called them to inspect a vehicle I was thinking of buying, and thereafter took my car to them for three years for everything including oil changes and repairs due to an accident and, on another occasion, a break in. I was always pleased with the service and the bill seemed to reflect reasonable parts and service costs. However if you are looking for the cheapest deal possible, it's probably not the right choice. more
