what can i say. before i started dealing with cortese...every experience i had with a service center or dealership was subpar to say the least. the people at cortese give you estimates that they stick to! and my car is always ready in one day! on top of it...i drop my car off and the courtesy shuttle takes me to work...and picks me up! i love cortese service and have already recommended them to several friends who have gone there and experienced the same level of satisfaction. hats off to whomever is running that place...they make me feel like a valued customer
