When I'm sitting in the waiting room as others come in, you treat them as though they were family - recognizing them and welcoming them. Dr. Duffy takes extra time to make me feel as comfortable as I can be when I'm at the dentist. His sitting on the counter and giving me time to relax some and cause me to feel more at ease, I can see that in my mind's eye and it makes me smile. I am not easy to have, I have trouble getting calmed down anticipating unrealistic fears. I am almost without fears by the time I am done. You take time, extra time, to explain all that you are doing and I get closer to peace the longer I am with you. Thank you for taking the time to make a 'not too' fun experience ALMOST easy. I am SO glad to be back in the area and be a part of your office - I have never found your kindness ANYWHERE else at a dentist office, and I have been in many different states and offices over the years. Good to be made to feel at home again. Thank you all, Lisa :0)
