Best dental experience ever 4/7/2011

I came to Dr. Kwiatt and Dr. Duffy with many problems with my teeth, as I had had a very bad experience with another dentist. Dr. Kwiatt carefully planned the restorations I needed so that the most critical things were taken care of first and the cost was spread out over time. Dr. Kwiatt's gentle manner and sense of humor quickly put me at ease. The staff's warm and friendly ways helped calm my nerves considerably. They are always available in an emergency both during office hours and after office hours. I am so happy I found Drs. Kwiatt and Duffy. My teeth are now in great shape. Thank you Dr. Kwiatt and everyone in the office! more

I have been seeing Dr. Duffy for eight years now and every visit exceeds my expecations. He is compassionate, caring and an exceptional dentist. Janet, my Hygenist, is exceptional and I feel as if she has been a friend for life. The staff are warm and welcoming. I recommend the office highly. more

It is always a pleasant experience go to Dr Duffy's office. From the moment you walk in, you feel like family. They always greet you by name, and carry great conversations. I love the state of the art xray they have now, no more painful films to bite down on. Easy to make return appointments, and communicate with your other drs and Orthodontists. When my daughter wants to know when she has her next appt with Dr Duffy, you know that they are doing something right. Thanks for making me like to go to the dentist again. more

I don't mean that literally, but I always know that I will get the best care possible whenever I go to see Dr. Duffy and staff. Many of my work colleagues also see the same dentist because I suggested what a good guy he is so they signed up, too, and are also very happy with this practice. more

Dr. Kwiatt was recommended to me and in all the years that I have been seeing him, I have never been disappointed. The office is very clean, organized and is run effeciently. The office staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The hygeinists have been gentle, yet thorough. And, Dr. Kwiatt has always been very good at diagnosing and explaining the problems I've had. When treatments have been necessary, Dr. Kwiatt and his staff have been wonderful about setting me at ease and being as gentle as possible. I'm hooked and doubt that I will be seeking dental care anywhere else. more

The staff at Duffy and Kwiatt erase the old adage that going to the dentist is something to be feared. Not only do they put a kind face on what they do, they fully explain everything to you in easy to understand language. Recently my wife and I had the chance to relocate back to the Chicago area after having been out of IL since 2002. We were so excited to learn that Dr. Duffy was still practicing as we had used him prior for 13 years as our family dentist. Dr. Duffy is extremly knowledgeable and gives one of the most thorough dental exams we have ever experienced. Also, Janet and his hygienist team does a thorough cleaning that makes you very glad you've been to the dentist. When I'm sitting in the waiting room as others come in, you treat them as though they were family - recognizing them and welcoming them. Dr. Duffy takes extra time to make me feel as comfortable as I can be when I'm at the dentist. His sitting on the counter and giving me time to relax some and cause me to feel more at ease, I can see that in my mind's eye and it makes me smile. I am not easy to have, I have trouble getting calmed down anticipating unrealistic fears. I am almost without fears by the time I am done. You take time, extra time, to explain all that you are doing and I get closer to peace the longer I am with you. Thank you for taking the time to make a 'not too' fun experience ALMOST easy. I am SO glad to be back in the area and be a part of your office - I have never found your kindness ANYWHERE else at a dentist office, and I have been in many different states and offices over the years. Everyone in the office, from Dr Duffy & Janet on down is just the greatest and the friendliest -- all of the time. Of all the dental offices over my many years, they are by far at the top and is why I have come back for over 25 years. Even now that we live about 38 miles away! Dr. Duffy and Janet are extremely warm and caring (really!) and very informative. I always feel like they treat me as a part of a family. Unequaled! more
