Paul Atkinson was a pleasure to deal with in my new truck buying experience. He was professional and very forthcoming on matters and did not make me jump through the usual hoops that I have encountered in prior car buying experiences. He was prompt in corresponding whether it was via phone or e-mail. If I inquired about something he did not know the answer to he would admit it and then find the answer and get back with me. For me, first impressions are important when I come into a dealership and meet up with a salesperson. If I don't get a good feel, I am apt to go somewhere else. Paul has that professional demeanor that gave me a good feel about continuing on at that dealership. He gives the impression he is not flashy or arrogant, no overbearing cologne smell and seems like just an average guy trying to make a living for his family. I like that and would recommend him highly.
