My SUV needed new shocks and after pricing out the parts and labor at some of my trusted repair shops, I tried Jack Powell's; with the discount coupon (here on Yelp), my total repair was quite a bit lower than the other quotes and best of all, I dropped it off on a Friday night and it was done and ready for pickup Saturday afternoon! Matthew (my service writer) was like a magician making it all happen so magically fast, with none of that runaround upselling you get sometimes at big dealerships. He really knows his stuff and was very up-front with me about which parts to order, how much it should all cost, etc. And my shocks are awesome, I can't wait to test them out off-pavement.
