Businiess name:  Corky's Bar-B-Q
Review by:  Bryan T.
Review content:
Ask anyone in Memphis where to eat barbecue and Corky's will often top most people's lists. This location in East Memphis is the original. Driving down Poplar you can smell the fire pit and follow the smoke toward this immensely popular place . There is even a drive though for fast to go service. Corky's offers both wet and dry ribs. I prefer the wet ones. Their rolls are fabulous for mopping up extra barbecue sauce. Be sure to ask for extra ones (and napkins!). 50's era music can be heard in the background and Corky's merchandise is also available for purchase in the front of the restaurant. If you only to get try one barbecue place in Memphis, pick Corky's!
