As I cannot edit my original, I feel inclined to add this: The owner of this company just came by my friend's house which the car was originally towed from, after harassing me on the phone for nearly 10 minutes. He threatened me with his lawyer repeatedly, then told me he'd be there. I left and arrived shortly to see his blue Ford truck pull up past the ambulance which was waiting for his arrival, back up, then ask "Are you Mr. XXXX"? My friend replied with some vulgar language and he said "Just confirming your address!" and left.
