Review content:
I was quoted $400 to swap a transmission in my vehicle, I provided all parts. They then charged me an extra $12.00 for a part that I bought and personally handed to a mechanic (pilot bearing), and charged me almost $75 in labor to swap the sensors and parts from one transmission to the next WITHOUT swapping them! I confirmed this because I put a bad speedometer sensor into the good transmission, and expected it to be swapped. My speedometer did not work upon driving the vehicle. They also tried to "social engineer" talk me out of keeping my old transmission which had my good sensors on it, but also did not swap my $125 Pro 5.0 short-shifter over to the new one. How convenient would THAT have been for them!? The final bill was over $650 and I was quoted $400 several times. They forgot to tighten the transmission mount bolt also, which made my shifter bounce all over the place when I hit bumps. On top of that, there's more! They PAY CUSTOMERS to GIVE 5 STAR RATINGS! I am extremely dissatisfied by these bunch of lying thieves. Also, several years ago, a mechanic on duty offered to hollow out my catalytic converters for $50. This is a FELONY CHARGE.
