Attorney Thomas Frain has a lot of confrontational issues with other professionals. The legal work he does is fair at best. However, it is more his unethical behavior and propensity to charge for work not performed that is more disconcerting.
There were many unflattering reviews of this attorney on this site about six (6) months ago that seem to have been deleted. My assumption is that someone did not want the public to know the truth about Attorney Frain. Please weigh your options carefully and ask other legal professionals about their opinions of Attorney Frain before you make the choice to hire him for any legal issue.
