Review content:
While the track may be beautiful, the sales staff is less than ethical. We booked a corporate event months in advance and had a contract for a specific suite. At the time of booking, we were told there where a number of options and selected the best one for our needs. However as the race day came near we were informed that our contractual suite was now sold to some other firm and in turn, we were moved to the worst suite in the facility.
If you are considering planning a corporate event at Lone Star Park, avoid it. Their bait and switch tactics will ensure that you have a terrible experience.
