CATAWBA ANIMAL CLINIC WAS THE FIRST VETERNARY CLINIC THAT I WENT TO WHEN I MOVED TO SOUTH CAROLINA. I WAS SOMEWHAT IMPRESSED UNTIL I GOT THE BILL. FOR 2 DOGS AND A CAT WITH SHOTS AND HEARTWORM AND FLEA MEDICINE WAS OVER 600.00. THEN MY DAUGHTER BROUGHT HOME A COCKER SPANIEL THAT WAS IN BAD SHAPE REALLY MATTED AND WE TRIED TO SHAVE HIM OURSELVES AND HE TRIED TO BITE US. SO I CALLED THE CLINIC AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE HIM SHAVED AND GIVEN HIM HIS RABIES SHOT AND I TOLD HIM TO PUT HIM TO SLEEP BEFORE THEY SHAVED HIM BECAUSE HE WAS A BITER,WELL THEY DIDN'T AND HE BIT AN AID AND NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAD TO QUARANTEEN HIM FOR 14 DAYS BEFORE THEY COULD GIVE HIM HIS RABIES SHOT. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY DID NOT FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS. I HAVE NOT BEEN BACK SINCE.
