CATAWBA ANIMAL CLINIC

My pets have been patients of Dr. Platt at Catawba Animal since 1997, and I have been nothing but completely 110% satisfied with their care and treatment. I started out at RH Animal Clinic and Carolina Place Animal. My pets were not treated as family members, which is how I treat them. They are treated as family at Catawba. Plus, the prices are NOT higher than RH Animal or Carolina Place. In fact, Carolina Place was higher than Catawba, and they took my dog's stitches out in the waiting room!! Dr. Platt and Dr. Buckley are excellent vets, and I completely entrust my dogs to their care. They have never tried to nickle-and-dime me, and they won't recommend treatment just for money. Their compassion and love for my pets is genuine, and to me, that's priceless. No other clinic in the Rock Hill area even comes close. more

I had saved a puppy from animal control and Catawba animal clinic was so kind to take care of all the accomodations that were necessary to get my new puppy home. Not only did they do what was necessary, but they went above and beyond what was required of a clinic to get my puppy ready to come home. With the services they provided, it was all too apparent that they really do care about the animals in their care and the owners who will care for them. In the future I would recommend them before any clinic in the county and they will be the only clinic I consider when it comes to the care of my animals and my education of the care of my animals. I have been taking my dogs to Catawba Animal Clinic for years! I absolutely love them. They take excellent care of my pets 100% of the time. They obviously love animals and the entire clinic shows it. The vets are wonderful and my dogs actually enjoy going to see them. The reception staff is always warm and friendly and they even send us a Christmas card every year. I have been to other clinics in town and Catawba is a little bit more expensive. I think it's worth it, though, for outstanding care and service. Besides, you get what you pay for. Stephanie C. more

CATAWBA ANIMAL CLINIC should be your "animal doctor." CATAWBA ANIMAL CLINIC, located in rock Hill, South Carolina, is the place to go for all your pet needs. Whether it's food, health, supplies, or just a general checkup, this place is the best. I have found their prices to be quite competitive, and I have also found the staff to really love animals. Think that is funny? I have used some vet offices that when I left, I felt the staff didn't care about me or my pets. This is not the case at CATAWBA ANIMAL CLINIC. The parking is good, and the location of CATAWBA ANIMAL CLINIC is great. I was impressed by the care of the staff. I will recommend this vet to every one because it's the only one I will use now. more

CATAWBA ANIMAL CLINIC WAS THE FIRST VETERNARY CLINIC THAT I WENT TO WHEN I MOVED TO SOUTH CAROLINA. I WAS SOMEWHAT IMPRESSED UNTIL I GOT THE BILL. FOR 2 DOGS AND A CAT WITH SHOTS AND HEARTWORM AND FLEA MEDICINE WAS OVER 600.00. THEN MY DAUGHTER BROUGHT HOME A COCKER SPANIEL THAT WAS IN BAD SHAPE REALLY MATTED AND WE TRIED TO SHAVE HIM OURSELVES AND HE TRIED TO BITE US. SO I CALLED THE CLINIC AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE HIM SHAVED AND GIVEN HIM HIS RABIES SHOT AND I TOLD HIM TO PUT HIM TO SLEEP BEFORE THEY SHAVED HIM BECAUSE HE WAS A BITER,WELL THEY DIDN'T AND HE BIT AN AID AND NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAD TO QUARANTEEN HIM FOR 14 DAYS BEFORE THEY COULD GIVE HIM HIS RABIES SHOT. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY DID NOT FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS. I HAVE NOT BEEN BACK SINCE. more
