I appreciate the friendly greeting upon arriving, I have never been standing waiting for someone to help me. (Unless of course there are other people in line which is normal). The service always takes the amount of time I am told and I appreciate when the head of the service team comes to talk to me if there is anything my vehicle needs such as a battery or filter. I never feel I am being "sold" something I don't need. My questions are always answered. The customer service aspect of Boulder Toyota is excellent. I really appreciate the 3 oil changes/tire rotation/vehicle inspection for $75. It is a worthwhile purchase. I have mostly worked with Bill Waggle and he is always friendly, helpful, answers any questions I have. I recommend Boulder Toyota to others. In fact a friend of mine said they were going to switch and make the drive to Boulder to go to Boulder Toyota after me telling them about the great service.
