This business has always been on top. I just stopped by to ask about a recall on my Tacoma and they checked my car out in about 15 minutes and I was gone. Thanks!!

We had Boulder toyota perform service on our Highlander (to the tune of ~$2,000). When we brought the vehicle into Grease Monkey to have the next oil-change they told us Boulder...

Missing parts 7/7/2011

We had Boulder toyota perform service on our Highlander (to the tune of ~$2,000). When we brought the vehicle into Grease Monkey to have the next oil-change they told us Boulder Toyota had neglected to put the covers back on the engine and cabin filters. For $2000 I'd expect them to complete the work! more

Very happy 5/26/2011

Boulder Toyota sold us a Highlander. We had all our maintenance done at their service department. We are extreamly pleases with Mike Valois and his service team for the work they have done for us. This was a main reason for our returning to Boulder Toyota. more

Salesman Scott Vanderschel "Vandy" was just as passionate selling me a Corolla as he would have been if it would have been a Lexus- i'm convinced. I went home and told my wife about him....she's a marketing professor. more

I appreciate the friendly greeting upon arriving, I have never been standing waiting for someone to help me. (Unless of course there are other people in line which is normal). The service always takes the amount of time I am told and I appreciate when the head of the service team comes to talk to me if there is anything my vehicle needs such as a battery or filter. I never feel I am being "sold" something I don't need. My questions are always answered. The customer service aspect of Boulder Toyota is excellent. I really appreciate the 3 oil changes/tire rotation/vehicle inspection for $75. It is a worthwhile purchase. I have mostly worked with Bill Waggle and he is always friendly, helpful, answers any questions I have. I recommend Boulder Toyota to others. In fact a friend of mine said they were going to switch and make the drive to Boulder to go to Boulder Toyota after me telling them about the great service. more
