I know reviews are often left by the few persons who have negative experiences, and the rest of us never bother. We moved to NOVA recently, and I've been in to VFM several times, often on short notice. I was immediately connected to a physician, who I saw every time (plus a P/A or N/P). They were thorough, professional, and I have never waited more than 5 minutes. They have also given me a recommended list of specialists for a condition, and he was fantastic. The desk was courteous and I like that they move things along smoothly and quickly. I recommend this group highly.
