Family spent the day riding. They had a great time. It's a great value. It is NOT for people who looking for an easy ride. The area is pretty rough and you'll likely get wet and dirty. Be aware that you need decent clothing, typical for horse riding. This isn't a pony ride where you can wear shorts and sandals. We were nearly scared off due to some of the reviews. If you're a good rider and can handle horses and rough country the place is great as there are lots of area to explore. The group we were in ranged from children from 8 to adults. All have some experience riding. I wouldn't recommend this for a rank beginner. It's not a trail ride where the horses know the trail and follow it. You HAVE to know how to get the horse to go where you want to go. The people will stay with you for a few minutes to make sure you get going, but then you're on your own. We'd definitely do it again if we are ever back this way.
