This was a very pleasant experience overall, thanks to Antonio Figueroa and Francesco Labbate. Antonio treated my family and me as if we were part of the Koeppel family, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Because like many families we had some financial difficulties in the past, he did not judge us, infact he made us feel very comfortable and feel like we were not the only ones dealing with trying to get back on our feet and getting a vehicle that we not only needed but we deserved. We had gone to other dealerships where we felt looked down upon and uncomfortable. Francesco was also very pleasant, he sat with us and explained the entire process in a clear and informative way, I fely like they both went out of their way to help us walk out with a car that we were happy with. I would definitely recommend Koeppel to my family and friends.
