I am almost 60 years old. I was a little scared when I first signed up. I knew there were going to be a lot of young people and I thought I might be out of place. I was completely wrong. The GG staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The younger folks have been very courteous and kind. There are people of all shapes and sizes at this facility. I feel right at home.
The staff takes very good care of the equipment. They are always cleaning, wiping and cleaning some more.
Folks who come to work out also are conscientious about wiping and cleaning as they go.
I recommend this facility to everyone that enjoys a great environment for working out.
